Sinclair Digital Launches PowerView™: Unified Monitoring, Control, and API Platform

Locally hosted, zero-subscription software ships standard with every AGILE-CORE® HEADEND—delivering real-time power intelligence, remote control, and open integration from day one 

FORT WORTH, TX — August 24, 2026 – Sinclair Digital Services, Inc., manufacturer of the AGILE-CORE® distributed edge power and data platform, announces the general availability of PowerView™, a locally hosted web application that gives building owners, facility managers, and technology integrators visibility into every AGILE-CORE® power channel on a project. 

PowerView ships as standard software on the always-included Sinclair Digital Server that comes with every AGILE-CORE® HEADEND. There is no subscription, no cloud dependency, and no additional licensing fee. Users simply open a browser on the local area network to access a live, role-based dashboard showing the real-time status of every Fault Managed Power (FMP) transmitter and channel in the system.

One Dashboard for the Entire Distributed Edge 

AGILE-CORE® projects routinely replace multiple IT closets and consolidate power, data, and control across large, complex buildings. PowerView was designed to match that scale. A single installation can manage an unlimited number of Sinclair Digital transmitters, each serving up to eight individually addressable FMP channels carrying power, voltage, current, and temperature telemetry back to the dashboard every two seconds. 

The PowerView dashboard organizes system status into eight KPI tiles—Transmitters, Channels, Online, Off, Faulted, Un-Provisioned, Offline, and System Load—giving operators an immediate read on system health. Color-coded channel cards display live voltage, current, and temperature readings and allow per-channel ON/OFF/RESET commands from any browser on the LAN. 

 

Enterprise-Grade Features, Zero Subscription 

Key capabilities in PowerView v1.00.02 include: 

  • Real-time monitoring — 2-second telemetry polling with live voltage, current, temperature, and fault state for every FMP channel 
  • Full channel control — per-channel and bulk ON/OFF/RESET with confirmation prompts and an immutable audit log of every command 
  • Historical data — per-channel history charts (1-hour, 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day) backed by raw 5-minute readings and hourly roll-ups retained for up to one year 
  • Load analytics — dedicated Load View with 24-hour, weekly, and monthly trend charts and an End-Use Breakdown by tag; Advanced View with instantaneous kW, cumulative kWh, and per-tag metering 
  • Proactive alerting — nine alert types covering device offline, channel fault, overcurrent, overtemperature, input voltage, management module, power module, receiver fault, and clock skew, with optional SMTP email notifications 
  • Unified REST API — a stable, documented API that aggregates all transmitters into a single integration point, enabling BMS, DCIM, and custom analytics platforms to consume real-time and historical data without connecting to individual devices 
  • Role-based access control — Viewer, Operator, and Administrator roles with UI elements that adapt to user permissions 
  • Auto-discovery — LAN subnet scan automatically identifies unregistered Sinclair Digital transmitters for one-click onboarding 
  • Local-only architecture — all data stays on-premises in a self-contained SQLite database; no cloud account, internet dependency, or recurring fee 

 

Designed for Integrators and Building Owners Alike 

PowerView was built with two audiences in mind. For technology integrators and systems installers, the Unified API eliminates the need to write custom polling logic against each individual transmitter—a single authenticated REST endpoint delivers real-time state, time-series history, and full device control for the entire system. For building owners and facility managers, the browser-based dashboard requires no software installation on the client device and runs on any machine connected to the building LAN.

Availability 

PowerView v1.00.02 is available immediately on all new AGILE-CORE® HEADEND shipments and as a download for existing Sinclair Digital Server installations. Installation requires Windows 10/11 64-bit or Windows Server 2019+, 2 CPU cores, 200 MB RAM, and TCP port 5062. The .NET 8 runtime is bundled in the installer—no separate installation is required. Full User Guide, Admin Guide, and API Reference documentation are included with the software package.
