Hi-Tech Electric
Sinclair Digital and Hi-Tech Electric have partnered to deliver Michigan’s first intelligent power distribution system using Sinclair’s AGILE-CORE™ platform at Hi-Tech’s Portage facility. AGILE-CORE™ converges power and data into a single, scalable low-voltage DC network, cutting infrastructure costs by over $5 per square foot and reducing energy use by up to 30%. The system simplifies design, installation, and maintenance while supporting smart devices like lighting, cameras, and sensors. This collaboration marks a shift toward sustainable, future-ready infrastructure for commercial and industrial buildings.
View ProjectVirgin Islands Public School
The Virgin Islands Public School System selected a Sinclair Digital 1MW / 2MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and microgrid controller for the new Arthur Richards PreK–8 Campus. The solution boosts energy resilience, reduces long-term costs, and supports the school's net-zero readiness. It provides seamless backup power to key areas like the gym/community shelter during outages and is designed to integrate with solar PV, peak shaving, and demand response. The system enables extended off-grid operation after disasters, ensuring continuity until power is restored.
View ProjectThe Sinclair Hotel
The Sinclair Hotel is a unique blend of historic art deco design and modern, data-driven innovation, making it the world's first all-digital hotel. We equipped the hotel with the latest technologies, including in-room sensors customized to guests' movements and energy-conserving diesel replacement technology, among other features, to enhance the guest experience and make the hotel more sustainable. No detail has been overlooked, and every aspect of the hotel has been meticulously considered. The Sinclair is leading the way towards a future where technology and sustainability converge seamlessly.
View ProjectHotel Marcel
Th Hotel Marcel is a historic landmark that was converted from the Pirelli Tire Building designed by Marcel Breuer. Our team worked on the installation of a DC microgrid and energy-efficient PoE lighting system, helping to make the hotel the first net-zero hotel in the United States. Its brutalist architecture and history as a former tire factory add to its unique charm. Learn more about our work on this project.

View ProjectLG Alpharetta
LG Alpharetta Headquarters now boasts a state-of-the-art backup power system thanks to our team's successful installation project. The project involved migrating critical loads from existing load centers, routing them through the Energy Storage System (ESS), and placing them onto a new ESS circuit breaker panel. As a result, LG can now confidently showcase their battery technology to potential partners and clients. Our team is proud to have contributed to this innovative project, which aligns with LG's commitment to providing reliable and high-quality solutions. The installation ensures the safe and reliable backup of critical loads, demonstrating LG's dedication to energy efficiency and sustainability.
View ProjectSanger Building
Sinclair Digital had the opportunity to work on the PoE lighting solution for the Sanger Building, a multi-use commercial building with a rich history. Designed by Wiley G. Clarkson of Fort Worth, the 95,000 square foot building was originally built for the Sanger Brothers Department Store. Our team helped to create customizable tenant lighting controls for unique setting preferences and the ability to customize and constantly change lighting scheduling around tenant schedules. We utilized both centralized and decentralized deployments by floor, with the decentralized deployment using Voltserver technology, which proved to be a success. This project also marked the first commercial office deployment for Sinclair Digital, setting a precedent for the Sinclair Hotel. The project resulted in immediate energy savings from pre-renovation electrical usage, contributing to the building's overall energy efficiency and sustainable practices. We're proud to have been a part of this historic project and to have helped make it a success.
